Adam Carter joined PMCS in 2002 as a provider contracting manager until being named Vice President of Claims in 2007. Adam oversees the professional negotiations and
provider contracting departments. His responsibilities include direct network development strategies, claim flow optimization, monitoring provider communication,
maintaining performance standards and compliance, and designing incentives to increase performance.
Prior to joining the PMCS team, Adam spent more than seven years in the automotive sales industry with DaimlerChrysler. His time spent in the automotive industry
allowed him to develop his professional skills, management style, and sales techniques. He attended the University of Nebraska, participated in numerous sales
training courses, and is licensed as an Independent Adjuster for Accident and Health in the state of New York.
